I work for BMW of Toronto and I have read these reviews. It still amazes me to this day that people seem to provide 1 star for something John Bear directly cannot control. Anyways, The reason for my 5 star review is my wife was in this past Saturday the 7th, no appointment as I work to far from home when her vehicle began to malfunction. I told her to go to the closest GM dealership. She arrived at John Bear Saturday at 10AM. Caleb was her advisor and he was working by himself that day. He took the time to go with her on a road test to confirm what the issue was with the car, I especially appreciate this as I said, he was working solo. Long story short, my wife had her vehicle back in 4 hours, fixed correctly, quoted accurately and ended up being less expensive than what the original quote was. Kudos to you Caleb, its advisors like you that will continue to keep growth at John bear. Give the man a raise….
